How billing works
Subscriptions are billed by Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on which platform you sign up from. Charges renew automatically at the end of each cycle until cancelled. You can cancel from your Apple ID Subscriptions page (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android) at any time — your protection runs to the end of the current period.
DocuScan
Document authenticity scanning (W-2s, transcripts, bank statements, contracts, ID documents) is available on every plan, with usage caps that scale to the tier. Standalone DocuScan packs for businesses are available — contact us for enterprise pricing.
Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple and Google per their store policies. If something is broken on our side, email support@adshieldradar.comand we'll make it right.
