How Ad Shield Radar works
Submit a suspicious URL, text message, image, or PDF and we run it through a combination of AI-powered analysis (OpenAI), URL reputation checks (Google Safe Browsing and VirusTotal), and our own scam-pattern intelligence. You get a Safe / Warning / Danger rating with a plain-English explanation and the specific red flags we found.
Account and sign-in
You can create an account from the iOS or Android app. We send a one-time verification code to the email you sign up with — entering that code unlocks scan history and subscription management. If the code doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then tap "Resend code" in the app. Still stuck? Email support@adshieldradar.com from the address you signed up with.
Subscriptions and billing
Subscriptions (Essential, Elite, Ultra) are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account — we never see your card details. To cancel, change, or refund a subscription, manage it from your Apple ID Subscriptions page (iOS) or Google Play Subscriptions (Android). If something looks wrong on our side (e.g. you paid but the app still says free tier), email us and we'll fix it.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, open the app, go to Subscriptions, and tap Restore Purchases. Your previous subscription will reattach as long as you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account that made the purchase.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from inside the app: Profile → Delete Account. This removes your scan history and personal data; subscription receipts may be retained where required by tax or audit law. If you need a manual deletion request, email privacy@adshieldradar.com.
Reporting a scam or false positive
If we missed a scam — or flagged something that's actually safe — please tell us. From inside the app, tap Report to ASIN (Ad Shield Intelligence Network) on any scan result, or email a description and screenshot to report@adshieldradar.com. Real-world reports make our detection sharper for every user.

Apple App Review reviewers
If you're a reviewer testing the iOS app: sign-in credentials and step-by-step test instructions are included in the App Review Information section of your submission. Any issues, please email support@adshieldradar.com and we'll respond same-day.
